I made a Google account just to leave this review. Although my service’s always go well, but you can tell how miserable the staff is. It seems like no one is allowed to make a mistake & they have a terrible manager who’s constantly yelling at these kids. I think people should be allowed to make mistakes seeing as nobody is perfect. This is how they learn. I’m a regular customer and 9 times out of 10, the short manager lady is always screaming at her workers. Your team is what keeps the business a float, treat your staff better. Without them, things wouldn’t be running. I appreciate the workers who try there best to keep a smile, while under so much pressure. I hope things get better for the staff.

I never write a bad review but unfortunately i am today as someone who also works in serving people i understand it can be a tiring shift but i came in with two other people i asked if we could mix two flavors because it can be done, then two of the workers proceeded to say they couldn’t do it and it wasn’t possible, it was very clear they didn’t want to, i didn’t make a big deal out of it but the workers to need to work on how they talk to customers and not be lazy.

I was surprised when I went to work on my birthday as my boss and co workers presented me with a delightful Cold Stone Creamery cake. It was delicious and looked great. I have eaten Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream in the past and totally enjoyed it but this was the first time I have had their ice cream cake and I will definitely be going back and ordering one for future celebrations.

I do Uber Eats, I went into the store at 2:58 pm and wait at the sign that says pick up. The associate made eye contact with me on numerous occasions but never came to ask whom I’m here to pick up for. She took a customer order 3:00 pm and still didn’t address me. She waited till after she finish the customer order at 3:08 and ask what am I here for? I showed her the phone and simply told her you know I was waiting at the register you could have told me how long I had to wait. The associate proceeded to say well I didn’t know what you were doing. I was so confused because I had two signs that say pick up and online order pick up at the register. She chuckled at me and said sorry. I walked away. As a uber eats delivery driver time is everything in picking up and completing deliveries.

Staff is rude ice cream was trash. Basically the staff just hate their jobs and they dont wanna work. We came in an hour before they close and still we got our ice cream and paid 30$ just to sit in the street and eat it just cuz they said oh we trying to leave early so we dont want people to sit and clean again. So save the trip and head to Hoboken its way cleaner and way better.
